Location:                    Atlanta - Sandy Springs, GA – 100% On-site

Looking for someone who can work on W2

Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience in the design, customization, configuration, and testing of FI Module (like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Banking).

2. Worked on cross modules such as MM, SD, and other processes.

3. Worked on Interfaces (IDOCs issue) such as Concur, BCD air travel, FedEx charges, etc…

4. Resolved the issues in the areas of GL, AP, AR, banking, and MM.

5. Worked on a couple of interfaces, such as Concur, BCD air travel, FedEx charges, etc.

6. Nice to have basic ABAP with Debugging Skills

7. Ensuring all the assigned tasks are delivered in the stipulated time.

8. Prepared application overview document, PPT for playback sessions.

9. Prepared MOM (minutes of meeting) documents.

10. Having experience with the ServiceNow tool

11. Having experience with the Jira tool.

Additional roles/activities

1. Monitoring queues in the ServiceNow tool and email as well

2. Ensuring all the assigned tasks are delivered in the stipulated time.

3. Attending offshore/onshore calls.

4. Coordinating with the L2 team to prepare test data to resolve recurring issues.

5. Preparing SOPs for recurring tickets.
