Our client seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise integrations and end-to-end testing for a financial services program. The role will coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders while managing risks, dependencies, and executive communications. The position requires deep Agile program leadership, integration testing readiness, and precise execution of large-scale initiatives. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality, integrated outcomes.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $53.00 to $58.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-level initiatives spanning multiple business and technology teams.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of integration programs with focus on system dependencies and E2E testing readiness.
  • Partner with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across delivery phases.
  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies and manage program-level timelines.
  • Oversee cross-team coordination with clear communication of priorities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to maintain timelines.
  • Ensure test strategy alignment, including integration, system, and end-to-end validation across platforms.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and translate technical updates into business impacts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, Agile maturity, and program execution.
  • Lead and execute integration testing events and end-to-end testing teams.
Experience Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within financial services.
  • Proven leadership of enterprise integration initiatives involving multiple systems and teams.
  • Strong background in end-to-end testing coordination, including UAT and cross-system validation.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive interaction.
  • Experience with dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
  • Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Experience within banking, payments, or financial platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with integration architectures such as APIs, microservices, and data pipelines (preferred).
  • Experience working within regulated environments (preferred).
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification (preferred).
Education Requirements:
  • PMP certification (preferred).
