Job Description

We are seeking a full-time receptionist who has excellent communication and superior customer service skills. Candidate must be customer service oriented, responsible, punctual, and be able to multi-task. Professional attitude and appearance are a must. This self-driven individual must be confident, organized, analytical and a capable problem-solver. They must strive for excellence in their work. Experience in administrative environment preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Welcoming clients / guests into office professionally.

- Answering phone calls and directing calls or taking messages.

- Filing, mail preparation, data entry, & proof reading.

- Managing the daily Admin related tasks.

- Will complete other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Ability to type 40 - 60 words per minute - Good Communication skills - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

- Ability to work effectively alone or with co-workers to accomplish goals.

- Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
