Position Title: Senior Testing Lead
Location: Baltimore, MD 21202
Position Overview:-
We are seeking an experienced Senior Testing Lead to oversee and enhance enterprise-wide testing practices across multiple IT initiatives. This role is responsible for implementing standardized testing strategies, improving coordination between business and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related IT roles.
  3. Experience leading or coordinating testing activities across multiple projects or enterprise initiatives.
  4. Strong knowledge of:
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Regression Testing
  • Defect Management
  • Quality Assurance methodologies
  1. Experience developing and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, or governance models.
  2. Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  3. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
