Overview
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Project Coordinator provides exceptional customer service through various forms of communication. Assists in key projects to successful completion on behalf of the field operations and shared support organizations and is assigned to work closely with the support staff and operations team of the Fiber operations team. The Project Coordinator supports project tracking responsibilities and related project business activities for the markets and may support activities for several projects simultaneously. Supports the operations team by maintaining the integrity of all quality systems and databases, including data entry, and reporting in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsible for communication with field staff
Administrative duties such as requesting badges, order office supplies and uniforms
Handle incoming calls, emails and company related correspondence daily, routing inquiries/requests to appropriate individual/department for response, following up, and providing any coordination necessary to ensure response occurs in timely, efficient manner.
Supports the Program / Project Managers by maintaining database integrity, including data entry
Manages and Maintains the organization's process documentation, continuous improvement programs
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Procedures Manual that meets Partner requirements and standards
Produce forecasting models to support senior management in decision making and collaborate with them on data analysis.
Prepare and present regular reports that include key process indicators, analysis of best opportunities for improvement and status of improvement efforts.
Assist PM in project execution including performing work, directing work, change control, testing and ensuring stakeholder engagement
Responsible for process improvement, definition and implementation in support of the project/initiative
OTHER DUTIES:
Perform general clerical work such as filing, copying, mailing, etc.
Assist/provide back-up support to other office support employees as required.
Coordinate special projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $44,352-$69,782 (18B)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a normal office environment. Does not require physical activity other than that typically utilized in such a setting, working with standard office equipment (such as copier, phone, fax and personal computer). Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently. Overtime and weekend work is highly possible and may be expected in order to perform the essential functions of the position. Hours fluctuate throughout the year.
