Job Summary: As a Pearson VUE Test Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our testing center by providing excellent customer service, overseeing exam sessions, and upholding strict security measures. You will be responsible for efficiently managing a high volume of walk-in appointments, verifying candidate identification, and closely monitoring exam sessions to maintain integrity and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet candidates warmly and assist them with any inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide guidance to candidates regarding exam procedures, policies, and technical requirements.
    • Address candidate issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive testing experience.
  2. Appointment Management:

    • Efficiently handle a high volume of walk-in appointments, approximately 80 per day, while maintaining organization and adherence to scheduling protocols.
  3. Candidate Verification:

    • Verify candidate identification documents according to Pearson VUE's strict guidelines and procedures.
    • Ensure the accuracy of candidate information and registration details in the Pearson VUE system.
  4. Exam Monitoring:
