We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Training Associate. The Training Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. Essential Functions:
  • Assist in assessing training needs across various departments and levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager and other stakeholders to design and develop training curriculum, materials, and resources.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
  • Actively participate in delivering training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats to engage learners and facilitate learning outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and other technology-based training solutions.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and other performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in training and development.
Education/Certifications: 
  • High School diploma
