EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling or a related area is required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two (2) years direct testing experience in a post secondary institution
Experience working with a diverse population
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Eligible for GED testing certification by the state
Have yearly in-service training
Bilingual a plus
Basic computer knowledge required
Proficiency with PC and computerized student record system is preferred
Ability to work some nights and weekends
Required to perform two (2) to four (4) full testing sessions under a supervisor before assuming duties
