ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
The Technical Assistant will support the daily functions of the Testing Center, including exam proctoring, customer service, office support, and maintenance of the testing environment.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:1. High school diploma or equivalent.
SKILLS:
1. Ability to use computer software and assessment platforms.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and community members.
Responsibilities
DUTIES:
1. Maintain the integrity and security of testing materials, procedures, and facilities.
2. Administer placement testing for new and continuing students.
3. Proctor and administer computer-based and paper exams.
4. Record and maintain accurate records of services provided.
5. Provide office support for the Testing Center front desk.
6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
