Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Foundational knowledge of Selenium WebDriver.
  • Understanding of XPath and CSS selectors.
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of software QA fundamentals and automation testing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

  • Experience developing and executing Selenium automated test scripts preferred.
  • Exposure to low-code automation tools such as Mabl, TestRigor, or Testim preferred.
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail preferred.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured preferred.
  • Understanding of BrowserStack, Selenium Grid, or cloud-based execution platforms preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted testing and auto-healing automation concepts preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Support functional, regression, and smoke testing activities.
  • Create and maintain low-code automated tests using modern testing platforms.
  • Execute cross-browser test suites and validate frontend user journeys.
  • Support development and maintenance of automation frameworks including POM, TestNG, and JUnit.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Utilize cloud-based automation runners to execute and analyze test results.
  • Analyze automation results, document defects, and prepare testing reports.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to improve test coverage and quality standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and testing strategy discussions.
  • Support API testing and end-to-end validation workflows.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and modern testing approaches.
