INTERVIEWS: If selected, the initial interview will be via TEAMS and then a second follow up panel interview will follow. ย That follow up IV with the panel DOES NOT have to be in person. A skill exercise will be part of the interview process also as the team has spoken with candidates who show years and years of experience on paperโ€ฆbut sometimes we find thatโ€™s not the case. So to re-cap: there will be one basic interview and the second (more of an interactive one) to test their experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Evaluate test automation tools and lead the transition from manual to automated testing. Build and implement test automation frameworks, provide QA support, and define/update quality standards. ย Developโ€ฏAutomation Framework, scripts and script maintenance as well as train existing QA team staff on editing / maintaining scripts.
Responsibilities Include: โ€ฏ
Designing and implementing automation tests, debugging and defining corrective actions
Developing and executing automated test scripts using testing software programs
Identifying, analyzing and creating detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as defects, bugs, errors, and inconsistencies
Reviewing system requirements
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing productsโ€ฏ
Required Skills:
  • Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance. Required, 8 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Required, 10 years of experience.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Required, 10 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. Required, 10 years of experience.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. Required, 8 years of experience.
  • Highly skilled in using automation frameworks like Selenium and Playwright. Required, 8 years of experience.

  • Question 6: This role requires that the contractor be ON SITE 2 days/week. If selected, does your candidate agree to this arrangement?
  • Question 7: Please make sure your candidate is aware there will be TWO interviews before a final decision is made. The initial IV will be standard type and the second a panel IV with some exercises to evaluate their testing experience. Both IVs can be via TEAMS or in person (their choice).
