Job Title: Commercial Roofing Crew Member

Start Date: Immediately

Salary Range:$24.00-$38.00/Hour DOE


Position Overview: Our Crew Members are the backbone of our operations. This position is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day production needs of the company, ensuring quality workmanship. Essential Functions:

  • Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites to ensure safety and OSHA compliance
  • Measure, cut, and install commercial roofing and sheet metal systems to company standards
  • Install TPO, EPD, PVC, metal panels, flashing, trim, coping, soffit, fascia, and related components
  • Safely use, maintain, and manage tools, equipment, and materials
  • Arrive on time, ready to work, and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and professional conduct standards
  • Embody and model company values of Family Culture, JR Attitude (humility, teachable), Extreme Ownership, Grow or Die (growth mindset, motivated, innovative)


Required Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 hour training (minimum) (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details


Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

  • Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
  • Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)
  • Travel, Weekends, and Overtime are required (Based on project schedules)
  • Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
  • Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)
  • Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
  • Valid transportation required to report to job sites


Job Type: Full-time


Compensation Package:
