Job description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Test Manager to join a leading Company located in the Huntsville, AL surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**

Job Responsibilities:
  • Helps lead the team in developing hardware-in-the-loop test system designs, working from concepts created by our industry partners and maturing them to manufacturable solutions that are delivered on time.
  • Must be able to manage a team of engineers and technicians engineering electrical interconnects for the hardware-in-the-loop design system while providing clear direction, coaching, and mentoring under the direction of the chief engineers and program management team.
  • Creates and sustains a positive collaborative environment where designs are properly reviewed, status is maintained, and designs meet requirements for both performance and schedule.
  • Work will be done in both an office environment and a lab environment, with some lab work being performed in a closed space.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Build test systems previously.
