Overview
Join our team as a Kitchen Mechanic and help us maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in our kitchens. As a Kitchen Mechanic, you will be responsible repairing commercial appliances such as ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, mixers, and ice machines
  • Diagnosing electrical, gas, plumbing, and mechanical problems in kitchen equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns
  • Replacing worn or defective parts
  • Inspecting equipment for safety and code compliance
  • Reading technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  • Testing equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation
  • Maintaining service records and repair logs
  • Responding to emergency repair calls quickly
  • Installing new kitchen equipment and appliances
  • Working with maintenance teams, chefs, and facility managers
  • Following workplace safety procedures and handling tools properly
