Responsible for leading a team!!

Plan all activity between Engineering teams.

Reporting and updating Upper Management on progress and efficiency and budgets.

Program Management is a necessity in this role/QOS.

Understanding and Implementing system/design/test requirements, including hardware, software, mechanical, algorithm, manufacturing.

Develop your group of engineers through consultation & employee reviews.

C40 process will be implemented for projects, programs and meetings.

 Internal design activities requirements of WCA, DFMEA, Prototypes & Drawings.

Qualifications

10 Years + in Product Dev. with in Automotive Elec. Industry

Excellent communication skills

Ability to facilitate/negotiate with customers as well as internal org.

**Fluent in Japanese
