Job description

What Youโ€™ll Do

As a QA Technician, youโ€™ll help ensure our manufacturing processes and products consistently meet customer and quality standards. Youโ€™ll inspect and audit products and processes, operate advanced inspection equipment such as CMMs, spectrometers, X-ray systems, and laser scanners, and collect and review SPC data. Youโ€™ll also document nonconformances, support corrective actions, and help maintain critical quality documents and work instructions.

Shift is Monday to Friday.ย  Swing: 3PM-11:30PM.ย  Starting pay is $23.57/hour plus shift premium

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented quality professional with at least one year of Quality Technicianโ€”or closely relatedโ€”experience in a manufacturing environment. You should be comfortable interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, using precision measurement equipment, and working with process and quality data. Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.

Education and Experience

Required:

  • One or more years of experience as a Quality Technician, or in a closely related quality role, within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

  • Additional technical education, certifications, and/or relevant training.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience using precision measurement and inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, process audits, nonconformance documentation, and corrective-action processes.
  • Working knowledge of SPC principles and data collection.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, quality, and management teams.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
