Overview

The Wellness Manager is responsible for the daily leadership, operational excellence, andstrategic development of the wellness experience at FORTH. This role ensures best practices inservice delivery, consistent training standards, seamless class and contractor management, andstrong collaboration across departments. The Wellness Manager serves as an operational leader,educator, and culture carrier within the wellness department. The Wellness Manager serves as abridge to the ambassadors from the Director of Fitness.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a gym, spa, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
