Summary
The Senior Specialist, Marketing and Traffic Execution, plays a key role in bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life. This position partners with cross-functional teams to coordinate creative assets, execute media trafficking plans, and ensure marketing campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by managing complex projects that support large-scale, consumer-facing marketing initiatives.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by managing creative assets and supporting alignment with media and marketing plans.
  • Track campaign timelines, creative deliverables, and media placement deadlines to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Support trafficking and distribution of creative assets across broadcast, radio, sponsorship, endorsement, print, OOH (out-of-home) advertising, and promotional channels.
  • Maintain organized creative repositories and ensure campaign materials are accessible, accurate, and up to date.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate campaign requirements, creative requests, and execution activities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, follow-through, and quality assurance.
  • Participate in status discussions as needed to support alignment across campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Additional Requirements

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting marketing campaign execution, marketing operations, project coordination, or related marketing functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
  • Experience coordinating creative assets, marketing materials, media deliverables, or campaign documentation.
  • Ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing workflow, project management, or media trafficking platforms is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Field of Study: Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: Generally, requires 5-7 years of related experience
