Join a nationally recognized, NEBB-certified leader in HVAC Test, Adjust & Balance (TAB) and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). We’re hiring motivated Field Engineers to support commercial projects across the Kansas City region—with opportunities to travel and grow your career nationwide.

If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working on large-scale HVAC systems, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term technical career.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of commercial HVAC systems
  • Work on new construction, design-build, and public sector projects
  • Analyze system performance and ensure proper airflow and system efficiency
  • Travel to project sites (typically Monday–Thursday)
  • Use specialized equipment and software (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), or related field preferred
  • OR equivalent technical/mechanical experience
  • Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and technical tools
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Willingness to travel ~1–2 weeks per month (no weekends)
