This position supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Test Analysis and Reporting mission by leading complex testing efforts, developing analytical strategies, and providing strategic insights to improve system readiness and performance.**As a Senior Test Engineer/Analyst** **your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:*** Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Missile Defense System (MDS) test analysis and evaluation activities.* Lead and architect analytical efforts across the full testing lifecycle, including pre-mission planning, real-time test support, and post-mission analysis.* Develop predictive modeling strategies and analytical approaches to support mission objectives and test readiness.* Direct complex evaluations of flight, ground, and simulation-based test data to assess system performance.* Analyze large, multi-source data sets to identify system vulnerabilities, performance trends, and areas for improvement.* Design and optimize data processing workflows, analytical methods, and automated visualization solutions.* Develop executive-level reports, briefings, and technical documentation for senior government and military stakeholders.* Author, review, and defend test planning documents, readiness assessments, and performance reports.* Provide technical recommendations and support continuous process improvements across test programs.* Communicate complex technical findings and analysis to senior leadership, customers, and program stakeholders.* Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level analysts and engineers.* Support the development of team processes, standards, and best practices for test analysis.**Required Qualifications:*** U.S. Citizenship.* Masterโ€™s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another technical discipline, plus 8 years of professional experience supporting DoD systems testing, engineering analysis, data analysis, or related technical fields.
