About the Role

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Howell, MI

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and support a safe, highperformance work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problemsolving, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production leadership - Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
  • Team supervision - Lead, train, and evaluate production employees across assigned shifts
  • Process improvement - Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions using lean or similar methodologies
  • Safety compliance - Enforce safety standards and conduct regular audits
  • Quality control - Monitor product quality and partner with QA to resolve issues
  • Reporting - Track KPIs, downtime, labor usage, and daily production metrics
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, handson environment

Preferred
