How does a territory recruiter balance independent work with collaboration across teams?

As a Territory Recruiter, you'll often work independently to source candidates and manage your recruitment pipeline, but close collaboration is also essential. Communication and relationship-building skills are key, as you'll coordinate interviews, share market insights, and participate in team meetings to ensure a cohesive hiring process across your assigned territory.
