Why Work With Us?

● You are never alone - this is a true team effort where your challenges become our challenges and your wins become our wins.

● We invest in you every week through ongoing clinical education, professional development, and hands-on executive support from leadership that genuinely has your back.

● The earning potential is real and completely uncapped - every account you close translates directly into your paycheck with zero ceiling.

● This is a full-cycle sales position with real autonomy. You'll be given the freedom to run your territory your way - trusted to make smart decisions, empowered to execute, and fully supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.

Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.

Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.

Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.

Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

What We're Looking for

● 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled
nursing, or wound care
● Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
● A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently
● Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand
● Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
● Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week)
● Bachelor’s Degree required

Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
Uncapped Quarterly Bonuses: The more you close, the more you earn - no ceiling, ever
Weekly Education & Leadership Development
Direct Executive Support
Health, Dental & Vision · 401(k) & Life Insurance · PTO

If you lead with integrity, thrive in a team that has your back, and are ready for a role where your talent, your values, and your hustle are fully rewarded - we want to hear from you!
