About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across the Atlanta market and throughout the state of Georgia. This is a consultative outside sales role focused on specialty industrial and institutional chemical solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter and relationship builder with experience selling industrial cleaning chemicals, facility maintenance solutions, sanitation products, or related consumable products into manufacturing, transportation, food processing, institutional, or distribution environments.

This individual will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, conducting on-site evaluations, and delivering value-based chemical solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce customer costs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in the field, enjoys solving customer challenges, and wants to build a long-term territory with strong earning potential.

With strong operational support, an established product portfolio, and a compensation structure designed to reward performance, this role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while building a high-growth territory and developing long-term customer partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and value-added service
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations, chemical audits, and cost-in-use analyses to identify customer savings and operational improvements
• Recommend the appropriate chemical solutions for specific customer applications and facility needs
• Collaborate closely with operations, distribution, and inside sales teams to ensure seamless customer support and order fulfillment
• Manage territory activity, pipeline updates, forecasting, and customer information within CRM systems
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Travel throughout Georgia to support customer relationships and territory development

What Our Client Is Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring direct experience selling industrial, institutional, or facility maintenance chemical solutions into commercial or industrial environments.

Experience in one or more of the following product categories is required:

• Industrial cleaners, degreasers, and detergents
• Floor care chemistry and maintenance solutions
• Parts washing and precision cleaning products
• Odor control and drain maintenance solutions
• Hand care and skin protection programs
• Fleet wash and transportation chemicals
• Food processing and sanitation products
• Environmentally responsible and compliance-focused chemical solutions
Target market experience may include:

• Manufacturing and industrial facilities
• Transportation and fleet operations
• Food and beverage processing plants
• Schools, municipalities, and institutional accounts
• Distribution centers and logistics operations
• Automotive dealerships and service groups
Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in industrial chemicals, facility maintenance, sanitation, MRO, or related industries
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships with operations, maintenance, and purchasing teams
• Strong organizational and CRM management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Willingness to travel throughout Georgia
Why This Opportunity Stands Out

• Strong earning potential with uncapped commission structure
• Established territory with significant growth opportunity
• Company vehicle, gas card, and company credit card provided
• Backed by a respected organization with strong operational support
• Opportunity to sell value-driven, solution-based products across multiple growing industries
• High visibility role with long-term career growth potential
• Ability to make a direct impact on customer operations and business performance

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys being in the field, solving customer problems, and building long-term partnerships. They are naturally curious, highly responsive, and confident presenting technical or application-based solutions to customers.

They know how to open doors, earn trust, and position themselves as a valued resource rather than simply a salesperson. They are energized by prospecting, motivated by growth, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, values relationship-building, and wants to grow a territory with significant long-term upside.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation range of $130,000 – $150,000
• Base salary + uncapped commission structure
• Company vehicle and gas card
• Company credit card
• Comprehensive benefits package
• 401(k) with company support
• Strong long-term career growth opportunity

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you send a resume to aprokopowich@talentsphere.ca or confidentially call me at 469 498 2002 ext 714. I look forward to speaking with you.
