General Summary
Supports daily operations of adult wellness programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Coordinates scheduling, staffing, and program activities while ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines. Collaborates with families, community partners, and internal departments to promote high quality, person-centered services.
Major Duties
  • Supervises staff, monitors monthly billing and the quality of staff documentation.
  • Ensures contract compliance with multiple funding sources.
  • Confirms compliance with operating standards for adult day services, community living services and accreditation standards.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of required reports for all funding sources in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures health and safety of the senior adult day and community living site.
  • Participates in agency committees, management, safety, and claims or billing meetings, including service on governing boards, and represents the organization at community events as needed.
  • Implements best practices for individuals with age-related decline and dementia.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
  • Three years' relevant experience.
  • Supervisory or team management experience.
  • Experience or training with dementia diagnosis.
  • Experience coordinating with healthcare providers and community partners.
  • Strong leadership skills and innovation in program development.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records.
  • Experience supporting recovery based and person-centered treatment.
  • Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
