Willys Mexicana Grills Team Members (TMs) are responsible not only for the operations of a restaurant, but also product knowledge, responsible food portioning, and Above and Beyond Guest Service- functions that are supported by Willys management family . In addition to the demands of the business, TMs must aspire to seek development with Willys policies in
the form of completion of Willys training and working harmoniously to fulfill Willys mission to deliver
