To thrive as a Paid Training Bus Driver, you need a clean driving record, basic mechanical knowledge, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) through the employer’s training program. Familiarity with vehicle inspection protocols, GPS navigation systems, and adherence to safety regulations are important technical requirements.
