What is a TensorFlow internship?

A TensorFlow internship is a temporary position, often for students or recent graduates, where individuals gain hands-on experience working with TensorFlow, an open-source machine learning framework developed by Google. Interns typically contribute to real-world projects involving machine learning, deep learning, and AI, using TensorFlow to build, train, and deploy models. These internships provide practical exposure to data science workflows, allow interns to collaborate with experienced professionals, and help them build a strong foundation for a career in artificial intelligence or machine learning.

What types of projects and responsibilities can a TensorFlow intern expect to work on during their internship?

As a Tensorflow intern, you will typically assist with developing and optimizing machine learning models using Tensorflow, collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers. Your daily tasks may include preprocessing datasets, implementing neural networks, running experiments, and evaluating model performance. Interns often contribute to ongoing research or product development, gaining exposure to both coding and theoretical aspects of deep learning. You'll also have opportunities to participate in code reviews and team meetings, fostering both technical and collaborative skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a TensorFlow intern, and why are they important?

To thrive as a TensorFlow Intern, you typically need a solid background in computer science, mathematics, and machine learning concepts, often supported by coursework or projects. Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, and related libraries, as well as experience using version control systems like Git, is essential. Job description

AI Vision Processors For Edge ApplicationsOur solutions make cameras smarter by extracting valuable data from high-resolution video streams.

Job Description

Ambarella has some exciting internship opportunities for self-motivated and creative students near completing of their master's degree. We are looking for talented software programmers who possess a strong interest in computer architecture, VLSI design, image processing, video compression, and computer vision.

Architecture interns study hardware and software trade-offs present in the latest version of our chips and explore uses of both to solve real-world problems. Interns may develop software models of important behaviors in hardware co-processors such as memory bandwidth and pipeline latency or develop visualization tools to illustrate architecture behavior. Interns produce support tools to enable software to make efficient use of hardware co-processors. A final presentation at the end of the internships describes their findings and allows other team members to use their work for ongoing projects.

The internship program requires experience in modern programming languages and computer architecture. C++, C, Python, Perl, and assembly are our popular tools. Exposure to common neural networks frameworks such as Caffe or TensorFlow helps. We expect that interns will be able to pick up missing skills quickly, deliver their assignments on time, and present their work at the end of the program.
