Job description

Job Title: Retail Key Holder
Location: Store #14 Little Road --- 4400 Little Road, Suite 105, Arlington, TX
Salary: $15.86 per hour
Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week
Benefits: Company paid basic term life, Paid Time Off, voluntary medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and 401(k).
General Job Duties: Accurately operate the POS system; maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner; sort, categorize, price, and distribute all donated and purchased goods; maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive store. Assist the store management team with opening and closing, Will be authorized to carry keys to the store and issued an alarm code.
Specific Requirements: Ability to operate Electronic Cash Register, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, 10-key adding machine, read, write, and good math skills. At least 1-year of customer service experience dealing with the public. Team player mentality is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50 lbs. reach 6 ft. (or can with ladder), sufficiently mobile to work assigned schedule, and ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates. Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods, and sack purchases. Good customer service skills are a must. Must be able to train employees in the use of store equipment.
Travel Required: Travel to meetings at Corporate Office or other locations, make bank deposits/change.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, pass background, drug screen and physical examination.
