Position Title: Accounting Clerk

Duration: 01 -02 Months with possibility of extension

Location: Houston TX 77086

Shift hours: Mon -Fri; 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:

Under general supervision, the Accounting Clerk computes, calculates, and posts statistical, numerical, and financial data to customer accounts.

Accounting clerk positions are usually entry-level.

Candidates should have solid interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Typical duties include matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers, performing data entry, and assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Filing, Scanning, Mailing, Matching, and other standard clerical duties. Basic 10-key operation.
