  • Receive source documents via email, fax, overnight, webpages, and project coordinators.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with sales guidelines.
  • Perform necessary steps in order to ensure correct input into the admin system.
  • Maintain files containing approvals for specific customer guidelines.
  • Interact and obtain special approvals on orders not meeting established guidelines.
  • Enter primary customer information into database to assist the team during peak times.
  • Assist the cash department in the application of checks, and the research of order entry issues as needed.
