Part-Time Maternal Fetal Medicine in Santa Barbara County, California

Join an established Maternal Fetal Medicine program on California’s Central Coast, serving Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo. This opportunity offers a true consultative MFM role with strong institutional support, a predictable schedule, and the chance to practice high-acuity medicine while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in a coastal region known for balance and livability.

Practice Details


  • Join a growing MFM team as the third physician in a well-established program
  • 100% consultative MFM practice with no in-house call requirements
  • Comprehensive high-risk maternal and fetal care, including diabetes in pregnancy, maternal complications, ultrasound, fetal echocardiography, and perinatal genetics
  • Serve two hospitals with a combined regional catchment exceeding 5,000 annual births
  • Access to a Level III NICU and an OB hospitalist program supporting over 3,200 deliveries annually
