Job Description
Provide specialized, responsible, knowledgeable, and be competent to perform the full range of duties and responsibilities necessary to support management in the efficient operations of all administrative functions for the department.
Responsibilities:
  • Liaison for deputy director
  • Maintain calendars for deputy director and staff
  • Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain communications throughout organization for department chair
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Prior C-suite experience preferred
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Advanced Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
