A well-established and growing automotive service and tire distribution company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join its accounting team in Birdsboro, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized financial professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and strong vendor relationships.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00–5:00 or 8:30–5:30)
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour (Temp-to-Hire) | ~$55,000 upon conversion

Accounts Payable Associate Job Description:
  1. Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices
  2. Process 80–100 invoices per day with a high degree of speed and accuracy
  3. Enter invoices into the ERP/accounting system while ensuring data integrity
  4. Monitor and manage the centralized AP inbox and maintain organized digital filing systems

Accounts Payable Associate Job Requirements:
  1. Associate’s Degree required (Accounting, Business, or related field); Bachelor’s preferred
  2. 2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
