Job description

The Temporary Warehouse & Logistics Operator is responsible for the efficient receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of products and materials. This role ensures accurate inventory control, supports logistics operations, and maintains a safe, organized warehouse environment that contributes to an effective supply chain.
Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials and products for shipment according to orders and internal requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across all warehouse zones.
Inventory Management

  • Update stock movements, adjustments, and locations within the warehouse system.
  • Conduct cycle counts and support full physical inventory audits.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages promptly.
Logistics Coordination

  • Prepare shipping labels, paperwork, and documentation for outbound shipments.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Communicate with carriers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Health & Safety

  • Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Use proper PPE and report hazards or incidents immediately.
