Warehouse Worker – Night Shift (Freezer)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our night shift team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment for our customers. The primary responsibilities include picking units using an electric pallet jack and replenishing empty slots using a forklift. Work is primarily performed in a freezer environment with temperatures in negative degrees.

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 7:00 PM-Until Finished

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Match labels/stickers to items and verify accuracy.
  • Always follow pallet let-down procedures and safety protocols.
  • Keep work areas, aisles, and assigned slots clean and organized.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues immediately.
  • Replenish and rotate stock in assigned slots to maintain product availability.
  • Operate an electric rider pallet jack and forklift to pick and replenish products.
  • Locate and retrieve cases, boxes, and bags according to warehouse slotting systems.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company standards of accuracy, safety, and labeling.
  • Report damages to inventory Control, complete required paperwork, and remove damaged product from slots.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience operating electric pallet jacks, stand-up reach forklifts, and RF Technology.
  • Ability to be self-motivated with strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Ability to work in a freezer environment (-10 or lower) for extended periods.
  • Ability to match labels/stickers accurately and follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.).
  • Ability to have strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
