Job description

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a hands-on warehouse opportunity? We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations in Minden, NV with $20/hr pay for a 1 year contract (potential temp to hire opportunity). This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a manufacturing environment while working with a team that values safety, reliability, and accuracy.

What You'll Do:

  • Pick and pull materials using production orders and work instructions.
  • Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Load and unload trucks on the shipping dock.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials and enter inventory transactions into SAP.
  • Verify quality of raw materials and finished goods to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to consistently lift and move items up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions accurately.
  • Comfortable working long hours and occasionally working outdoors on the shipping dock in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Experience in manufacturing or Oil & Gas environments is a plus but not required.
  • Basic computer experience; SAP experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

This position works in a manufacturing and warehouse setting, including shipping dock operations. Candidates should be comfortable with prolonged standing, physical activity, and occasional exposure to outdoor elements while loading and unloading shipments. Safety procedures must be followed at all times.
