We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to step into a pivotal role where you will directly contribute to optimizing critical business processes and supporting a global operational system. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on daily operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resource management across diverse business units. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with external partners and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do:
  • Establish and maintain robust communication channels across various business units and with project teams.
* Manage the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and essential business metrics.
* Review critical documents including contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
* Set up project structures and work breakdown structures to ensure organized execution.
* Develop and document clear and efficient business processes.
* Track project budgets and expenditures, meticulously monitoring transaction controls and costs.
* Actively identify areas for process improvement and waste reduction within operations.
* Help manage the implementation of all change requests and enhancements to a core operational system.
* Ensure the sustainability and ongoing effectiveness of the core operational system.
* Raise, track, and escalate IT tickets to resolve identified issues or implement necessary enhancements.
* Provide crucial support to external business partners by assisting with system-related problems, such as processing operational claims.
* Process and update operational categorization standards, collaborating on user testing initiatives.
* Engage directly with external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
What You Will Bring:
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field, or equivalent years of related experience.
* 0-2 years of related professional experience.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Demonstrated customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Foundational knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
* Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
* Proficiency in analyzing business trends and projecting future revenues and expenses.
* Previous experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
