Position: Salesforce Tester JD (Manual)
Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Job Description:
  • As the Salesforce QA, you will be working on the Salesforce platform to develop and execute test to ensure product quality.
  • You must have a solid background in Object Oriented programming and a solid understanding of latest Quality Engineering Frameworks.
  • You will be responsible for Quality Engineering through all phases of the development lifecycle and be well versed in full stack (backend & frontend) testing.
  • Tester must have STRONG Experience in Agentforce Work.

Responsibilities:
  • Tester must have STRONG Experience in Agentforce Work Works collaboratively with stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather test requirement, troubleshoot issues, Design, Develop and manage testing artifacts to ensure proper reuse, versioning, backups, organization and retention.
  • Compiles test results data, prepares and reports test results both formally and informally.
  • Communicates results information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Actively work with development and infrastructure teams for integrating test automation as an integral part of continuous delivery pipeline.

Key Role Requirement:
  • Minimum6+ years of QA experience.
  • Involving a minimum of 3-5 Salesforce projects Healthcare domain experience is a huge plus

Must Have:
  • Extensive UI testing in Salesforce core clouds
  • Must Have Strong experience in writing SQL queries & post-data migration validations
  • Tester must have STRONG Experience in Agentforce
  • Work Strong technical and testing skills - Knowledge of various software testing strategies and approaches.
  • Should have worked in minimum of 3-5 SFDC projects with alteast 6 months each
  • Must have good functional knowledge in Salesforce products
  • Experience in testing web based application in SAAS architecture.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a distributed team.
  • Passionate about leveraging test automation to dramatically increase speed and quality of software delivery processes.
