Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with an international law firm in their search for a Temporary Product Manager to work on a fully remote basis. The main function of a product manager is to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, focusing on defining product strategy, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful software products. The ideal candidate will have previous law firm experience and will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and timelines
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on value and impact
  • Translate customer needs and requirements into detailed product specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure requirements are clear and achievable
  • Effectively communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders
  • Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
  • Define test plans and ensure that products are defect-free before user acceptance testing
  • Facilitate the user acceptance testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
  • Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
  • Develop, track and manage project plans, timelines and scope

The firm seeks the following qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing new technology within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with all levels of law firm staff.
  • PMP certification preferred, Bachelor's degree required.
