The Role and What You'll Do:

The Equipment Manager reports to the Supervising Equipment Manager and will be responsible for working on all aspects of apparel and related equipment for the Fighters, Cut men, Corner men, The Ultimate Fighter participants, DWCS, Octagon Girls and other related fight participants as necessary. This position will have specific responsibility within the on-going management of product, packing bags, distribution and maintenance of inventory. The position interacts with Operations, Fighter Relations, Sponsorship, Events, Fighters, Octagon Girls and outside vendors, suppliers and contractors. The position travels extensively and is responsible for operating the equipment room fight week and fight night.

  • Assist in ensuring the execution of the contract provisions with all In-Octagon partners
  • Maintain apparel and related equipment inventory including cleaning and repair of all apparel and related equipment
  • Manage the day-to-day receipt and distribution of all apparel and related equipment to and from the suppliers, events, and television productions
  • Inventory and communicate ordering needs for all apparel and related equipment
  • Travel to and from Events and Productions to manage the delivery, distribution and presentation of apparel and related equipment to the Fighters and other support roles
  • Collaborate with licensees as directed
  • Other responsibilities as needed

You Have These:

  • AEMA certification preferred.
  • Basic understanding of apparel and equipment related production timelines.
  • Ability to obtain passport and travel internationally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
