Job description

Overview

The Fitness Center Attendant (or Hill House Attendant) provides club member service and custodial assistance under the direction of the Director of Club Experiences for Tumble Creek's Hill House Fitness Center. As the welcoming face of the facility, the Hill House Attendant ensures a friendly and clean environment and atmosphere in the Hill House. They will work with business/department leadership and team members to ensure the effectiveness and overall success of the department.

Salary: $18.50/hour

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:

  • Season Start: 5/3/2026
  • Season End: 9/19/2026

Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line service for club members at the Hill House
  • Clean all assigned areas and make certain they are in accordance with the level of quality for the Club
  • Perform guest requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all public areas are up to Club standards at all times
  • Ensure assets and supplies for the department are secure and in storage at all times
  • Follow all schedule changes by management
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Maintain an attitude of professional friendliness and act as a representative of Suncadia to the public
  • Perform duties in a safe, productive and consistent manner
  • Comply with Suncadia and Tumble Creek policies, procedures and safety regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year of previous work experience required
  • Previous experience in guest service, housekeeping, or health club environment preferred
  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work with little supervision
