Job description

Bilingual Staffing Coordinator - Night Shift (Temporary)

Cary, NC - Evans Road (1 opening)
Durham, NC - Weck Drive (1 opening)

Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokemon Company International, is the world's largest manufacturer of trading cards. We are seeking two Bilingual Staffing Coordinators to support our overnight operations by assisting with temporary workforce coordination, employee support, and staffing operations at our Cary and Durham facilities.

This position works closely with temporary employees, staffing agencies, and internal teams to help ensure smooth daily staffing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a temporary position supporting overnight operations with strong potential for full-time employment beginning in 2027 based on performance and business needs.


Schedule

Night Shift: Monday - Friday
5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Fully onsite role
Must be flexible with hours and available to work overtime as needed to meet business needs
Must be available to train on day shift for a minimum of 3 weeks


Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Millennium Print Group and staffing agencies
Act as the first point of contact for temporary employees
Answer questions related to pay, attendance, transportation, and workplace support
Maintain and review temporary employee timesheets and reconcile with agency invoices
Assist with temporary employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
Monitor attendance, including no-call/no-shows and shift coverage needs
Maintain accurate staffing and headcount data in internal systems
Document staffing requests, issues, and resolutions
Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and escalating complex matters to HR when necessary
Coordinate transportation support for temporary workers when needed
Assist with temporary-to-full-time employee conversion processes when applicable
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards


Qualifications

Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in staffing coordination, HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive employee information
Basic math and computer skills required


Additional Requirements

Reliable transportation to and from work is required
Ability to work onsite at either the Cary or Durham facility
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Some work may take place in a manufacturing environment where PPE may be required
