Job Title: Staffing Branch Manager – Commercial amp; Industrial

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Office hours 6:00 AM To 6:00 PM)
Pay: $61,000 - $62,500 base salary + uncapped commission amp; performance incentives
About the Role
Labor Finders is seeking a hands-on Staffing Branch Manager to drive business development and oversee daily operations for our temporary and temp-to-hire staffing branch.
This is an entrepreneurial, field-based role focused on B2B outside sales and Branch Operations. You will lead a small team (1–2 staff members) to dispatch skilled and semi-skilled workers to local client job sites across industries such as construction, manufacturing, warehousing, electrical, welding, and carpentry.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales amp; Territory Growth
  • Drive outside sales, cold calling, and field prospecting to secure temporary staffing contracts with regional businesses, contractors, and job sites.
  • Conduct client site visits and safety assessments to evaluate working conditions and staffing needs.
  • Negotiate bill rates and markup margins for short-term and temp-to-perm staffing orders.
  • Re-engage inactive client accounts and expand relationships with existing accounts.
Branch Operations amp; Team Leadership
  • Manage a small internal team (1–2 employees) responsible for recruitment, associate onboarding, and placement.
  • Oversee early-morning worker dispatch, ensuring temporary associates arrive on time and equipped for client assignments.
  • Manage branch P amp;L, worker payroll, client invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure strict adherence to workers' compensation protocols, job-site safety checks, and risk management guidelines.
Candidate Qualifications
Required:
  • 3+ years of success in B2B outside sales, business development.
  • Experience managing branch operations, P amp;L, invoicing, and collections.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel locally up to 50% for client/site visits.
  • Ability to work early morning hours (Branch opens at 6:00 AM).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving.
Preferred:
  • Direct experience in the Staffing amp; Recruiting industry (Commercial, Light Industrial, Skilled Trades, or On Demand Staffing) is strongly preferred.
  • Background in industrial services, construction management, logistics, or operational field management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
