This position is not a direct P&L ownership role, but requires strong business judgment, structured communication, and the ability to coordinate complex matters involving multiple functions and stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a key coordination point for Latin America-related business matters, especially Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Support CEO Office initiatives involving regional business coordination, M&A support, post-merger integration, finance/legal follow-ups, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate with Finance teams on budget, reporting, cost/profit analysis, management reports, and other financial documentation as needed.
  • Support Legal and corporate teams with contract tracking, corporate documentation, compliance follow-up, and communication with external counsel or local teams when required.
  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners in Latin America.
  • Prepare meeting summaries, action trackers, executive updates, presentations, and bilingual business materials.
  • Assist in reviewing, translating, and drafting Spanish/English business correspondence, internal documents, and external communications.
  • Track open issues, follow up on action items, and ensure timely information flow across relevant teams.
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects and regional initiatives assigned by the CEO Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent or native-level Spanish and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, International Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business coordination, finance, legal operations, corporate affairs, M&A support, regional operations, or executive office support.
  • Experience working with Latin America markets or Spanish-speaking business environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, business reporting, contracts, corporate documentation, or legal/compliance coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and documentation management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage confidential information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, executive-level environment with multiple priorities.
