Job description

Job Description
A manufacturing company is offering an immediate, full-time opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative who will serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, managing orders, quotes, and client communication. Additionally, you will focus on reactivating inactive clients and generating new business while ensuring strong organization and collaboration. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
  • Manage assigned client accounts
  • Grow revenue through new and legacy business
  • Communicate consistently to support client needs
  • Coordinate client quotations with Engineering, Procurement and Sales
  • Process and track orders for timely delivery
  • Maintain CRM records and address concerns related to orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Organize client data and documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
  • Must have 1 to 2 years Sales or project coordination experience; manufacturing background is helpful
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and CRM System
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow up and interpersonal skills
  • Must be creative, take initiative, and be willing and able to find solutions as well as take on new responsibilities
  • Must have the ability to use time wisely, prioritize, and multi-task
  • Must have a strong work ethic and able to work independently and with a team
