Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Clerical Assistant - Casual for the Office of Information Technology - Telecommunications.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
  • Processes purchase orders.
  • Prepares presentation materials.
  • Maintains office supply inventory.
  • Updates and maintains departmental organizational charts under the guidance of the business manager.
  • Updates and maintains the department resource SharePoint portal under the guidance of the business manager.
  • Assists in the planning of departmental events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
