Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
City/State: Fairbanks, Alaska

Schedule Options: Day Shift & Nocturnist Shifts Available

Our client, a community-owned and operated facility is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dynamic anesthesia team. Whether you're drawn to the predictability of night shifts or prefer traditional day hours, we offer flexible scheduling options, excellent compensation, and the chance to live and work in one of the most unique, beautiful locations in the country.

Position Highlights:

Nocturnist CRNA Opportunity (7PM โ€“ 7AM) or Day Shift (7AM - 7PM)

  • Work a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off or 1-week-on / 1-week-off schedule.

  • In-house coverage only โ€” no home call.

  • Overnight cases primarily include OB (approx. 900 deliveries/year, ~40% with epidurals), emergency, and urgent GI.

  • Low overnight volume, high clinical autonomy, and strong anesthesiologist support for call backup.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: 315K โ€“ 378K (DOE)

  • Sign-On Bonus: 40,000

  • Annual Retention Bonus: 15,000

  • Performance Incentive: 5,000

  • CME Allowance: 5,000

  • Temporary Housing: 90 days provided for relocating providers

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), malpractice coverage, licensing reimbursement, and more

  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Requirements:
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.

  • Active CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and a valid or temporary Alaska RN license.

  • ACLS certification.

  • Doctorate preferred, but not required.

  • Recent acute care CRNA experience preferred.
