Experience: Nursing management experience required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager for a contract assignment supporting a Sub-Regional Clinic in Alaska. This role manages daily clinic operations, coordinates patient flow, supports staffing needs, maintains accurate medical records, and serves as a liaison between clinic operations and Bethel-based departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Sub-Regional Clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow through clinic services
• Coordinate staffing, nursing support, and workflow to maintain efficient daily clinic operations
• Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, reimbursement details, and operational reporting information
• Serve as a liaison between Bethel departments, providers, clinic staff, and leadership teams

Requirements

• BSN required; MSN or Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Active Alaska Registered Nurse license in good standing required
• Current BLS certification and completed COVID vaccination proof required
• Progressive nursing management experience, clinical nursing experience, regulatory knowledge, and Cerner/outpatient clinic experience preferred
