VIVE Adolescent Care is an inpatient acute stabilization facility. At Vive our mission is to provide "in Crisis" youth with short term, innovative, individualized medical and clinical treatment while providing safety, stabilization, and renewed hope for patients and their families.
These crisis can include
  • Suicidal Ideation
  • Depression
  • Harming self or others
  • Mental health crisis
  • Severe anxiety
  • Drug addiction and overdose
Nurses are responsible for
  • Nurse must physically be able to go up and down flights of stairs quickly, bend and twist, and lift 50lbs
  • Assess clients illness and injuries
  • Medication management
  • Perform basic waived tests (i.e. blood draws, urine analysis, covid test, rapid strep, urine drug and pregnancy screens)
  • DOCUMENTATION progress notes, admission notes, and shift summaries in a timely manner
  • Communicates effectively with other staff, clients, and parents/guardians
  • Plan and implement nursing actions according to clients needs and formulate plan of care including discharge planning
  • Comply with Joint Commission, State, and infection control policies
