Job description

Contractor/Temporary Registered Nurse position via AHS Staffing Services to serve in hospitals ranging from Large Community rural hospitals to Critical Access Hospital (CAH) in Northeast Kansas. Flexible contract terms 8-24 weeks, and very competitive Staffing Services pay rates. Looking for ER, Med-Surg, or Surgical nurses. Apply now to learn more!! Knows and applies current Nursing Theory appropriate to the age of patients served, follows Standards of Care and Standards of Practice to deliver care, utilizes principles of Strategic Quality Management, maintains a safe environment of care, directs and delegates assignments to other staff, contributes to a collaborative practice with other disciplines, and behaves and practices in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of the organization.
(The registered nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The registered nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.)
